Collections#

Collections allow you to group related or important metrics in one place for easier access and analysis. You can create your own personal collections or associate them with your teams.

These sets could be used to create a dashboard component of related metrics, pulled into an experimental analysis that touches a specific part of the product or business, or used to track a set of metrics that matter to a specific team.

Everybody can access all collections, but only team owners or individual authors can make changes to the content.

Access Collections

Access your team's and personal collections on the lefthand menu when you click "Collections". You can also view a list of all organization's collections by clicking "View All Collections". You will also have access to a Popular Collections menu, which shows the organization's most viewed ones.

Create a collection

Create a collection by choosing "Make your Collection" in the lefthand menu. You'll be asked to choose:

  1. A layout - you can choose the size of the charts in your collection.
  2. Title of the Collection
  3. Description of the Collection
  4. Owner - this is where you'll choose personal ownership or select a team you are a part of.
  5. URL to the collection - you can optionally customize the URL to the collection for sharing in your organization.

Edit a Collection

You can edit a Collection title and description, as well as delete a Collection if you are the owner or on a team that owns the Collection by clicking "Edit" on the top banner on the Collection's page.

To add or delete metrics from your Collection, use the "Edit" button that exists above the metric chats. You can add new metrics, delete metrics or change the sizing of the chart for a given metric.
